


I am now 19 weeks pregnant (which equates to almost 5 months!). That also means I've officially reached the halfway point. I had my second trimester ultrasound yesterday to determine the sex of the baby. We are very lucky to be able to go to Loma Linda University Hospital because of the access we have to state of the art technology. We were able to see 4-D moving images of our baby - something most people have to pay for! It was so exciting to see our baby moving and at one point, even sucking her thumb. Even the technician was surprised to see that.
Here are a few pictures of the ultrasound. The first one shows a pretty clear shot of her face. The second shot is the closest we could get of her sucking her thumb, and the third one shows off her femininity.

Congrats! We are excited to see the cute little one. I can't believe that you are already half way. Times flies, though you may not feel that way. :) We can't wait to see you in a few weeks. Hope you are feeling well. Have a wonderful day!
